BBs are appropriate for High Nostril piercings ONLY. Low/traditional nostril piercings experience too much movement for the bar to fit, and most of the time the tip of the nose is not enough to hold the bar up and in place.
Your High Nostril piercings MUST be over 1 year (12 months) old and completely free of irritation bumps.

If you are not local to Los Angeles, you will need to find a reputable piercer near you to assist you with this customization. Visit www.safepiercing.org to find an APP-approved piercer in your area. Please reach out to them to ask if they’re comfortable with assisting you in this process.
Your piercer will need to take a measurement directly across the bridge of your nose. The best way to do this is with a piece of dental floss. The marks on the floss must be from the OUTER edge of one piercing to the OUTER edge of the other. This floss with a mm measurement will then need to be mailed to us.
Once we have the floss, we will send your piercer a blank bar in the appropriate metal, a set of bending pliers, and a metal marker. Once they receive this, we will give them instructions on how to bend this bar to fit your unique bridge exactly.
After that, all they have to do is send it back to us, we finalize the bar, shine it up real pretty, and send it back to your piercer for installation!
